I had a Dell D610 and found some program here which sopwed me temps of it all and had fan control.

I just got given my bros Fujtisu Siemenes Lifebook S2110.

It's an AMD Turion 64 and is roasting, my Dothan was way coooler and faster! It's also got an ATI gfx in here.

Is there a program out like what i had for the Dell to see my temps and control my fans.

I swear i will go limp and impertant everytime i use this thing on my lap, it's at 60c from using my Ktype prob on the HSF exhuast

Im not going to ask why you have an erection everytime you are on the laptop...

Have you looked into cool and quiet type solution? Not sure if turions have it, or speedfans slow down feature?

Don''t need an erection to go limp etc..but if you see my misis you'll see why it's possible to be used a clothes rail when shopping, she be hot

Coretemp works, that 50c, 800mhz, msn, utorrent and mediaplayer streaming....i want Intel again!

Mobile meter seems to be good (google for it)

Also, its a 2nd hand laptop........probably dusty. I don't know why people seem to think laptops are impervious to dust and can run abused forever.

Try blasting air in a can into the fan areas (or take it all apart and clean it if you are that way inclined)

People clean their desktops way more often than lappys, and the desktop has an easy job cooling in the first place.

That's certainly an interesting wallpaper... chibi period pron :/

Anyway 50-60c temps are pretty normal for these chips afaik, mine (dual core 1.6ghz) is actually cooler running games because the fan starts up.
