Fan Controller Problem

I have a Lamptron FC5 v2 which has developed an a problem.

If I turn channel 1 off, then unless channel 2 is on 100% it turns channel 2 off as well.
If I turn channel 2 down, the rpm drops to 50% at the 50% twist of the dial but when it goes past 50% of the dial it starts increasing the rpm again.

Does this sound faulty/needs an RMA or is it something I can fix?

I've been struggling with something similar. I ended up disconnecting the fans from the motherboard ie no monitoring.

Great, now half the screen has gone blue. Definitely RMAing this tomorrow!

edit: Its gone back to white again, still RMAing this!
