Fan controller?

Hey guys, looking to buy a fan controller and considering I have never used one before would like some advice.

Easy to install?
Best one to go for ?

Budget is £30 max.

What is it going to control is the main quastion and also do u want a screen giving rpm for each channel or do u just want to be able to control the speed of fans and such.

Just want to be able to control speed of the fans really. It would control 2 intake fans and 1 large exhaust fan

Any of the lamptrons...

Do you want to manually control them or do you want the option of the controller to automatically turn the fans up as the pc gets hot?
