Hi,

Can anyone recommend me a fan controller for the case fans on my Corsair 540 Air please

I would like to order today so something that's in stock

Its just the three case fans, CPU fan will run off the motherboard

The main thing I'm confused about is I would like the fans to control themselves so I don't have to keep turning dials if that makes any sense? If that's not possible for around £30 then something that shows temps so that I know whats going on inside the case

It needs to fit in 1 x 5.25" bay

Thanks

Thanks, just looked at it, looks great and would be happy to order but its just 10W per channel, is this a problem for a 140MM fan?

The Akasa Trio has 30W per channel for comparison

10w is plenty for a single 140mm fan.

It is plenty.

I had about 4 fans, a mixture of 140s and 120s on my Recon before high end speed was noticeably dropping off.

Unless your 140mm is a super high speed screamer fan you'll be fine. Expect a normal fan to be 0.5W-3W at 12v, less at lower voltages.

Installed the Recon last night and very very happy, it does exactly what I want if I just stick it on auto and leave it to run itself and my case is so much quieter because of it

Two minor complaints, you have to look at the screen dead on to see the display and it doesn't sit quite flush with the case but I can live with both of those

Thanks

Yeah the viewing angle isn't too good. I think mine sits flush, I hate it when people say things like this, as I will go home and look and it wont be so it will bug me lol
