Fan Controller

Hi. My Phanteks case came with a 3-speed fan controller. I replaced the stock fans with some Noiseblocker BlackSilent Pro Fan PK2 - 140mm (1200rpm) fans. At the lower two speeds my fans won't run at all even though the start voltage of the fans is 4.0V. Something doesn't seem right?

Hi, l had a Betfenix case had a fan controller depending on fans used 3x120mm fans or 2x200mm fans, see your case manual if it gives you options for fans used with it.
