Fan Guard.

I have a bit of a situation. The fan on the side of my case is 92mm, and it's realy hard to find a nice 92mm fan guard. So I was thinking if I baught an 80mm guard, would I be able to just screw the fan up against the case side and like trap the guard in between the fan and the case?

Or use some sort of... blue tak ?

Any one got any idea's, would my plan work? :rolleyes:

......you would rather bodge an 80mm fan guard, rather than spend 50p on a proper 92mm one ? :confused:

But all the 92mm guards i've came across don't look good, they're just... mesh ^^

Go for a 120mm fanguard instead, drill some extra holes to screw it to the case.
