Fan help.

I have an Asus Triton 81 and one of the fans while not slowing down, is making a lot of noise, I'm not sure what I need to do to replace it, do I need to replace the entire heatsink or get a fan dor the side?

Aside from that i'm not sure how to actually get it out.

seems to me that the bearings are on the way out... as i understand the fans are 90 x 90 x 25 (mm) and you should be able replace them, but that depends on the housing... or is it just filled with dust?

It's not dust, I've been keeping it clean. It is 3 years old however.
