Fan noise: Gainward GeForce 9600 GT Golden Sample

I've just built a new system which is running nicely and ordered one of these for it. One of the key factors for me in case, psu and hsf selection was fan noise and I'm happy to report the case is nice and quiet. The graphics card however is nearly as loud as the entire Dell PE 2900 in my loft!

Is there anything I can do to shut it up? my previous 6800GT (old I know) had some ultra quiet Akasa heat solution (I don't remember the exact model) mounted on it which was nearly silient. Does something like this exist that I can use with the new card?

oh and I've looked over the product list at OcUK but can't see anything labelled as compatible with the 9600GT?

I haven't used it personally (so I don't know how easy it is to fit, nor how good the cooling is), but a friend has an Accelero S2 on his.

The akasa neo vortex blue led is listed as compatible on there website.
