Fan noise/speed on RX 6700

I've just updated my 1060 to a RX 6700 and its working out pretty well, obviously a big jump in performance.

I am noticing the louder fan noise though when the card is working hard. Plus the 6700 has 2 fans and my 1060 had 1.
I'd say once it hits about 1400rpm it starts getting noticeable (not sure if its purely the rpm, or if its a slight 'whine' at this speed), and it looks like its max is 1800rpm.

I was running it in New World on max settings and getting around 105-120 fps.

I've set it to a quiet profile here:

But should I customise it so that it cant hit 1600rpm, or is that risky?

I've not even looked into the undervolt/overclock side of things.

You can see the temps and wattage it hit here:

I've attached some logging from Adrenalin.

Maybe I should just turn the game volume up! :)

I've now had chance to try more games including Wolfenstein Old Blood, Doom, Age of Empires 4, Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Harvest, and a few others, all seem happy at 144fps in Ultra (GoG and Iron Harvest come down to about 90-110).
Noe of them seem to push much past 80 degrees or spin the fan as much. So I'm going to try tweaking some settings in New World.

I just gave Doom Eternal a quick blast and recorded it, annoyingly though it doesnt record the Adrenalin overlay stats (except the steam one in top right), so all its showing is a solid 144fps in the recording.
I'll upload it anyway. NSFW obviously: https://youtu.be/hQoPKxUPyXM

Here is the Trixx screenshot shortly after though. You can see where I stopped playing on the far left where the hotspot drops.

It was about 70 temp, with 80ish hotspot.
This is with all set to stock.

In case its useful, the Trixx software didnt identify the 6700, so Sapphire updated it to 8.7.11 (the one on the site is 8.7.0 at the moment)

My fans are:
1x Scythe SCNJ-5000 Ninja 5 CPU cooler - 120mm
1x Scythe Kaze Flex 120mm PWM Case Fan, 1200 RPM
2x ARCTIC P14 PWM PST - 140 mm Case Fan, Speed: 200-1700 RPM

Typically gaming temp are around 50 to 60 I think. Here is Doom after about 5-10 mins.
