I have a 3700x CPU and the fan been so noisy. The other night i saw a youtube video who said to change the processor power management min to 20 and max to 99 if you got a noisy fan. This has solved the issue and works perfect with no noise from the cpu fan and doesnt seem any different in performance.
Is there a setting for the graphic card like that as this is noisy in game which is a 2080ti zotac extreme with out making fan profiles. Or is this just a noisy card?.
