or
Scythe S-FLEX 1600RPM Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3/4 Pin

what ya guys think???

2 of them running? like one on each side? what temps ya getting with that? and did ya get a splitter for the mobo cpu fan socket?

Are the S Flex good enough for cooling a 120.3 radiator? Do they come with their own fan controller or is it just a straight 4/3pin connector?

the S Flex 1600 would be imo perfect for a 120.3. They come with a 3pin mobo connector. (& maybe a 4pin molex, cant be too sure). Build quality is excellent.

Only off putting thing is the price and the colour of the Noctua fans!

Forgot to look at their new one, seems promising but to buy 4 of them its a lot of money and the colour is dodgy!

£50 for 3 fans, ouch!

Try SilenX with fake specs and £20 a pop (newer ones not old style), thats a waste of cash.

£14 is nothing for them fans, I remember branded 80mm fans were £10 and loud as hell, just buy them along with other hardware as 2 of them + postage would hike up cost, but you should get them 2nd class as value is only £28.

just wondering before i buy the Scythe S-FLEX 1600RPM Ultra Quiet 120mm Fan - 3/4 Pin, as its only 3 pin, can i still plug it into the cpu fan socket, whats the 4th pin for? and where are the temperature sensors for the cpu????

More importantly Yate loons are £3.50 a pop and perform amazingly. Call me cheap but thats very hard to argue against when they perfrom so well. Get 2 yates in push-pull and your still paying half the price of the scythe s-flex.
