Fan + Paste

Hi, just wondering what the best fan + paste would be for my q9450 @ 3.6ghz? Currently have a freezer pro but would like to upgrade to something a bit better.

Also, is mx-2 paste still the best?

Not the best, the liquid metal version claims that spot. Probably the best normal one.

AS5 still ranks up there with the best of them, and a Noctua HSF is a very capable performer when used with one (or two) of their P12 fans - very quiet too!
