Currently running the system below see sig with the Lian Li PC-7 SE-B III as its home.

Purchased some new Noctua Fans and reliased the intake Fan was running at half the speed it should be. It was plugged into the System Fan 2 slot on the motherboard, so I stuck it into the Power Fan slot and it is now running at the right speed. This means now my VGA Cooler that comes with the case is in the System Fan 2 slot and also running at half the speed it should do.

Is there a specific place the Fans are suppose to go depending on their posistion or what :P

Not a big issue but I would like my system nice and cool throughout the summer!

not sure if the same but on my board if i go into bios/power/hardware monitor i have Q-FAN
(yours will probly be called something else as i think q-fan is to do with asus.). if i disable it my fans are on max/disable and they speed up when temp goes up.

hope that helps ya mate

It is a 4 pin slot on the motherboard which is the only one. So I am guessing it makes the Fans run slower because the connector cant cover all 4 pins.

I need to buy of these Akasa AK-CB423-ADPT 4 - 3pin adapter cable

Can somebody confirm?
