I just got my MSI 7950 from OCUK today and i'm having a bit of an issue with it. It seems that no matter what i do, the fan speed increases to 100% at 58 degrees. I've tried setting a fan speed profile in Afterburner, but this keeps happening and it's loud as hell! I checked for a bios update through MSI live update but it said it was up to date.
I can increment the fan speed with catalyst control, but even when i set it manually it'll always go at 100% at 58+ degrees.

Edit: Oh and i'm using 13.1 drivers. Just tried 13.2 beta and still have the same issue.
