Fancy dress ideas- James Bond theme

I've been invited to a party, to which the theme is James Bond. The invite itself says " James Bond cocktail party".

Now, I don't want to go as James Bond, and I'm rather stuck for ideas.

I don't have a tux, and my suit is brown.

Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to spend a lot of money (£15 max tbh), but the party isn't until the 29th March, so I do have a bit of time to organise.

What a strange theme for a party...
Chew some tin foil and go as Jaws.

Other than that I honestly have no ideas, there's not many options.
Unless you really want to dress up as a woman.
