This is a bit of a weird question but are there any fans out there that can be fully submerged in water and be directly plugged into a 3 pin socket all that i know of is the normal fans that go on the inside of cases? The reason for this is that I was thinking of getting a computer fan for a CNC machining center that uses coolant. This would be to stop the coolant getting stagnant and potentially preventing the growth of bacteria that forms on the surface of the coolant by having it at the opposite end of the pump therefore creating a continuous flow/ movement of fluid in the tank.

Wouldn't it be easier to fit a proper hydropump, maybe a D5 or something off a fish tank?
Probably doesn't need to shift huge volumes, so long as it creates enough movement, no?
