I'm about to take the plunge and buy a new system which will be built around an Antec P280. This case has 3 'DuoCool' fans as standard (2 top, 1 rear all exhaust) and space for an additional 4 fans. There is also an onboard fan controller offering a choice of 'Lo' and 'Hi' speeds for the standard fans.
Questions:
I'm already intending to replace the rear one with an Antec h2o CPU cooler as I'm hoping to keep the noise levels down, is this a reasonable way to do it?
Questions:
- Could I replace the 2 top fans with some quieter fans?
- Could I then add 2 quiet fans to the front and then control all 4 fans via a fan controller? Any recommendations? Is this one any good?
