Fans on Max

I tried to match ya, room temp is 16 degrees, locked my core volts to .8 and turned down all the other volts, locked my gpu to min volts and speed and set my cpu to 1600 mhz, and lowest i could get it was 20 degrees on core temp. Ill givin trying to be a smart arse and go to bed instead :)
 
Oh wait i have a 19 on one core !, right off now really, better turn it all back up before i forget and wonder why im getting 5fps in the raid tomorow.
 
I see some of the cores of my 3770k hit low temps like 16-18 etc, but its rare. Usually idles at 25-30. My 3570k was the same.
