Fans Setup Correct?

I'm talking about between the bottom of computer and shelf, not along side of computer. Your bottom fan is trying to pull air from under computer. Computer is setting on shelf. Shelf is very close to bottom of computer. :)
The Zalman Z9 Plus case has a bottom stand which has 2cm space for air to pull in

A fan needs at least the same area in the circumference of fan. Simple as can be. You can't move all a 153cm square area (140mm fan) can if the area feeding it is only 88cm square. 88cm square is the area of a 20mm space (feet on you case) around a 140mm circle.

Hope you understand.

Try this and see if it helps you understand. Take your 140mm fan and with it running move it from flat on top of you desk (or whatever flat surface you want to use) and put your face so fan is blowing at it. now lift the fan up to 10cm, back down to 5c, then 3cm, then 2cm. You will feel the difference. The closer you get to surface the less air the fan will blow up at your face... and the louder the fan will sound.

At the end of the day you will do want want to do. And that's fine with me. :)

Very often case design is for looks and appeal, not real function.

I know what you mean, there will be less cold air going through the case as the bottom space is little, what would be your suggestion of the bottom fan? Intake or Exhaust?

So facing the PSU fan up is a good idea,

Also is my front fan setup correct or do I need to turn it around?

=Front and bottom in.
=Back and top out.
=Side of fan with all fan is air in.
=Face fan side of PSU down.
=Set your case feet on top of some 2-3cm spacers... Take feet off and put a 2-3cm spacer on the with longer mounting screw/bolt.

Sorry, I'm a bit confused, should I face the PSU fan up or down? Is my front fan setup correct or do I need to turn it around?

Also can you provide me images of spacers and mounting screw/bolt as I haven't done this before

then read...... very...... slowly...... what I said in my last post. :D

Spacers and mounting screws I know not where. Casesuse different feet and mounting hardware. If you had a K2 I could help... but noooo. You got something else...

And if after 26 post you can't understand which way to mount your fans and which side of PSU has fan and which way to position that fan.. well I'm afraid removing feet and adding spacers is way up and beyond. :D

Serious now.
Did you try the fan test I discribed?

Yes, as I've few Zalman fans with are taken out from the case which I used for the test,

Just I want to make sure that I didn't do anything incorrect which will create a bad airflow

Just few questions that I want to ask before finishing my build,

1. Should I face the PSU fan up or down?

2. Is my front fan setup correct or do I need to turn it around?

Final hint: Only fan appearing wrong in initial pics was bottom fan.
and it really doesn't matter which way PSU is mounted. Mine facing up now because it keeps the noise in. If my PSU was quiet I would face it down.

Of course my case has 5cm clearance so fans can get air ;)
