I'm confused as to the SS's role in this film. Though I haven't seen it.

I though SS was a good guy. :(

Silver Surfer scouted planets for galactus to devour i think. I think fantastic 4 and SS teamed up to defeat galactus eventually or summin, although thats just in my head. maybe not true! lol

Better than the STUPID cameo he has in Spiderman 3 at least.

thats correct, cos i remmeber his queer little spaceship hovering over the baxter building in marvel action our while they confronted him, it was pretty homosexual, probably on par with the emo scene from spiderman3 really, atleast this movie wasnt :D

They ruined jessica alba to be honest, dying her hair etc. They should have focused on her a bit more, esp when she had no clothes in middle of the street :)
Iron man was always the best in the marvel action hour tbh..

They need to make a film set around that time when spiderman had to select aload of people to go to a planet and fight evil people etc, know what im talkin about? :) that would be great, dont think any of fantastic four where in it though.

o and a rant, why dont they make these films for the slightly older audience who actually grew up with the heros? We're the ones with the money! Batman has a mature feel now and wow, its by far the best out of all modern superhero flicks!

Because like when we were kids, fathers want to take their sons, I get a bit hacked off when my five year old watches movie merchandise advertised on kids channels and toys appear on shelves only to find out that the film is rated 12.

Super heroes should be there for kids to watch, why deny our kids the experiences we had when we were young? Kids are still growing up with super heroes.

Watched this the other night....meh :(

I left the cinema expecting more some how?? was ok I guess if you have nothing else to do.
Ok ok Jessica Alba did have something to do with my friend and I tunrnng up to watch this :o

She needs to get rid of the blonde hair and go back to a dark colour again. Then after that put some tight fitting leather pants back on and go make Dark Angel season 3. thanks :D

Without a doubt the worst film i've ever seen in a cinema. What angers me most is the fact that if I was as bad at my job as the director and script writer clearly are at theirs, I would be fired on the spot. How those cretins get away with it is inexplicable.

I thought the film was great, easy light action entertainment. It’s a kids film tbh hence the rating and the content.

It does exactly what it says on the tin and it is a PG.

If you go to a PG expecting more, then it's your own fault :p . And it is a proper PG, none of this 12A rubbish which imo on certain films I have seen recently (such as Ghost Rider) are not suitable for under 12s or very young kids.

It is a good old fashioned family fun film. Overall, I would give it an 8/10.

Thanks for helping with my point, I'm 33 so if the Superheroes had matured with me as you want them to with you, you wouldn't have been able to enjoy them 13 years later.

You'll understand when you have kids :)

Don't try and claim that characters like Batman are creations for your generation :D He's been around since 1939 ;) Shouldn't he be dead?

stop ruining my life:(

I'm in a better position to comment now having seen it earlier today.

My son loved it, I thought it was passable.

********SPOILER ALERT***********

If The Silver Surfer had the power to defeat Galactus in a matter of minutes, why the hell hadn't he done it earlier?....odd I thought

It was ok better than the first but rushed

SPOILER

the bit about not having a choice and that he is doing it to save his girl on his home planet, then ends up just listening to Alba and going off to kill himself and no doubt his home planet after killing galactus, made no sense to me.
