Fantasy Football 09/10

I may as well not bother with a captain, they seem to be my lowest scorer every week lol.

I had Milner when Villa were playing twice - got injured after 45mins, 1pt.
This week I had Arshavin, dropped and then came on as sub - 1pt. In fact it's really annoying when your captain comes on as sub, be better off him not playing at all and then captaincy switching to someone else.

Should listen to the managers press conferences, Wenger said Arsh was tired and disappointed and hinted heavily he wouldn't be starting!

Didnt do too bad. Got 65 points. Still a few player to play in the next few days. so not bad at all.

All I heard on the Thursday was he wasn't sure about what he would be like after the international break.

To cap it all, on Saturday morning I had a last minute change of heart and swapped my keepers over (Green instead of Sorensen), meaning 1pt instead of 14!
What a nightmare I've had over the last month or so, after Gameweek 7 I was ranked 70th in the world out of 2 million. Still top of the work league so that's something I suppose!

Still riding high with x4 to play tonight (well pantsill an unknown).

Damn the international break for injuries :(

Pantsil should start, Fulham gave him and Duff a rest. Should have Johnson and Murphy back too.

Cool and damn. Have two non-starts (O shea + pantsil) and Reid is the 2nd guy on the bench who should be subbed in (got a nice 6+ pts at the weekend).

If pantsil starts then I hope they get a clean sheet :D

With x4 players tonight going for it my lead should hopefully extend by a little more :p

Does anyone know if clean sheets are calculated on a per-match basis? I'm curious about what'd happen if a defender/goalie played their second match of the week but didn't keep a clean sheet.

Was wondering why my auto-subs hadn't come into play when I realised that theres still a game to be played tonight :D

Zayatte you muppet, was hoping for a clean sheet considering the 1st half score. Was going to put Adebayor as captain next week (City vs Hull) - not so sure now with all this confidence they will get.

I had to take a hit on the chin due to injuries and lost 4 points. Tried to soften the blow by bringing in 3x Fulham players as they play twice this gameweek.

Dempsey (c)
Zamora
Duff

Also got Dunn who is playing twice this week aswell.

30 points so far with 7 players still to play.
Dempsey scores 2 and gets a bonus, a nice 36 points there thanks to making him captain :)

Duff also weighed in with 2 assists.

Score jumps from 30 to 95 for the week and could take me into 1st place depending on those around me having Fulham players in their team aswell.

I ended up with 103 points this gameweek, that god for Defoe, Hunt and Dempsey saving me

Shame the captaincy didn't move to any of them though, it went over to Fabregas :(

No it's not; it's calculated over a gameweek. So even a clean sheet in 1 of 2 games doesn't count.

Otherwise Dempsey as capt and I hit the big 100!!! :D

7 goals this week!
