I am not going to keep Fab just wondered will I get hit if I make my changes on Saturday morning instead of now.
Yes you will, the thing about FF transfers is that you have to balance up the merits of delaying your transfers (to get latest fitness/team news etc) with a prediction about what transfers other people will be doing.
Generally my view is that if you have an expensive, popular player who is likely to be out for a long time the best thing to do is transfer them out sooner rather than later. You know a lot of other people will be offloading this week so you want to avoid losing out on the cash. That said if it's a player worth a lot more than you paid originally you don't lose out as much as you might expect since the taxman takes at least 50% of your profit (e.g. say you bought Rooney for £11m and he was worth £12.1m, a drop to £12m wouldn't actually hurt you because you would still get £11.5m for him).
Same goes for any players you think others will be flocking to, such as star players for a team that is playing twice in the next game week. If you delay too long they end up costing more money. In fact this kinda ties in with the above point too - it's likely that if people are selling Rooney and Fabregas, that they will be replacing them with players of a similar value/calibre, such as Torres/Drogba or Lampard/Gerrard (obviously depending on fixtures etc). So chances are those players will go up a bit this week too.
edit: Speaking of the taxman, I'm sure there's a bug in the transfer system whereby if you buy a player, sell him, buy him back, and then sell him again, it is using your original purchase price rather than the second purchase price to work it out. So for example:
Buy player for £10m
Value rises to £10.5m, sell for £10.2m
Buy back for £10.2m
Value rises to £10.6m, sell for £10.3m (should be £10.4m).
