now you look back at it, do you regret spending the cash you did on your motors?
i bought my first car in january 1999, a mk2 golf and must've spent £3k+ on it in the 6 yeas i owned it. in august 2005 i bought a mk4 golf and must've spent £4k+ on it.
i wouldn't say i regret it as i got both cars looking how i wanted and i had not long gone 20 in january 1999, couldn't afford a house so spending my money on my car was what i liked to do. the last thing i bought for my mk4 golf (which i don't own anymore) was £1500 worth of alloys and tyres in 2007. i look back now and think maybe i'd have been better off keeping the cars standard (as i intend to with my current car) and saving the money for a rainy day instead.

) and would love to have that money now to spend on more sensible things. But hey, it's 'only money' and I enjoyed the car at the time. The only one I really regret buying and spending money on was my second 'teg. It was a nightmare from the day I bought it. That's no reflection on the Integra Type-R as a car, but that particular one was nothing but trouble. I should have kept the Integra SiR I had before it.
but I love it) I also bought a silly-priced stealthbox which is worth its weight in gold imo, and then an alpine sub and amp combination.
