I went to upgrade my phone the other day which i did and was told i was a level 4 customer which is good? How do i keep myself at level 4 because if i do i can upgrade early apparently.

on the same point, paid bills on time since joining as contract customer in '03. bils ranging from sixty quid a month to currently about thirty five a month. upgrade seems to be early this year, i thot about 22nd june, had free upgrade available for a month now. yet there still digging their heels over a free n80, and even a n70.
