Greetings,

What with in coming up to Christmas and everything, it's that time of year that I start searching for presents for my lovely girlfriend. Her mother was also cheeky enough to give birth to her in January, so even more presents!

Anyway, I'm thinking a nice necklace/pendant would be nice, and am looking at Tiffany's stuff as I know it's really well regarded and has that certain something special about it.

I've found a couple that I like, but would like the opinion of some ladies (I know you're out there) as I am a man, and will probably be wrong!

If it was my Girlfriend I'd go the first as she'd hate the second, see thats the key knowing what your girlfriend likes! It shouldn't be too hard to pick one of those as they are so different she will probably like one a lot more than the other.

As an aside remember that your paying quite a lot for the tiffanys name.

I think the trouble I'm having is knowing what the product actually looks like on a real person, it's quite hard to tell from the pictures.

I'm swinging more towards the first one, it's more unique.
 
I like the heart one i still wear the heart pendant my ex gave me for Christmas last year. I think the 1st one is a safe choice though so is probably the one I'd go for..
 
The second one is 'typical' Elizabeth Duke ... has no style/quality at all. Tiffany & Co. silver can be a bit trashy (on some of the items). Look at all the clones who bought those charm bracelets with the Tiffany tag. You want something that is interesting. With the first one, people who see her wearing it are far more likely to comment which will remind her that 'you' bought it for her. The first is more sophisticated by a mile.

But hey, thats just my opinion ... everyone is different! ;)
 
My girlfriend wants an engagement ring :(

Not going to be a fun christmas for Mr Barclays.
