Evening mate, I remember reading in the gymratz thread a while ago that you've gotten James from MT to do you some nutrition plans.
How do you feel they went? was it worth the price and which package did you go for? if you dont mind me asking.
I've managed to loose about 3st this year through reading around and planning my own training and eating but ive come into a bit of cash and wouldnt mind giving the Healthy Action guys a go if its worth it.
I want to be loosing just over 2st by January

James and his team are Brilliant mate, James is very intelligent on the subject of diet.

Well I went from 18st 7lbs to 14st and lost 9" on my waist, so it went really well.

I am now moving onto my bulking phase, and he is doing 21 seperate diet days for me and thats costing £59 (but i am an established customer, so he charges slightly less)

Results speak for themselves, look at one of the guys James works closely with on diet.

thats great cheers for the reply :) which package were you on when you lost 9" off your waist?

Its like a mix of option 1 + 2 where he does 3 different diets for every day (days, nights, off).
Going to be starting my bulk next week, so going to start the new diet:)
