I wont upgrade now til around september when ill get a quad core/4gb ram/vista64bit/+another sli or equilinet.

Im thinking of upgrading at the moment.

P35 will be more future proof surely, but I want a real good board to OC a C2D with. My only other requirement is RAID and as I understand it the intel chipsets do RAID 0 much better than nvidia.

The P5K3 only takes DDR3

NDAs on Bearlake is apparently being lifted on the 9th May so DDR3 RAm should be in shops a week or two after that.

Never been a guinea pig before for testing an unknown motherboard. Might be worth a go I guess
