ah yes sorry, SLI setups and 9800gx2, all other single cards = no performance difference and also the drivers are full of bugs.

Took me bloody ages to install, damn drivers!
New score:
and now 22.2k in 3dmark06
Can only seam to clock the card to 800/975, any higher and i get artifacts, how the guys reached 830/1000 is beyond me!
Btw im getting uber micro-stutter in all games. This happening for all 4870x2 owners?
Trying to find a solution but nada so far. Really anoying, its like its running at 40fps but feels like 15..
Took me bloody ages to install, damn drivers!

Yea , the quad cores will rule this benchmark for sure more so than the 4870x2 .

I sent my 4870x2 back since my 280 felt smoother even at lower fps
(damn microstuttering!).Updated dx9 and dx10 scores from me since im now on vista 64

I finally decided to re-format AGAIN to try and get my 4870x2 working and finally! Seams to be working ok so far

lol im not accusing you of cheating but anyway:
At what bus speed? 471
What drivers are you using? latest official 178 somthing
What motherboard? asus p5q delux
What memory speed? 1066mhz @ 942 (next step up is like 1150 which is too high)
Have you disabled any background services for crap like adobe, punkbuster, nero etc? clean format, no additional services running
Defragged before running? clean format
etc, etc, etc...
Only reason why i was asking is because I got basically the exact same score in dx9 and then you get 6fps more in dx10. Not that it matters now anyway since I have my 4870x2 running now
buggy ati drivers. its unheard of !!

x2 is running great now (i know its a miracle!)
im running the far cry 2 hotfix 2 drivers (the new ones)
edit: spoke too soon, stuttering is back on all other games... i give up, 10 formats later.. its going back!

If i push my shader above 1427 in ati tool it artifacts
, but i can still run stable enough up to 1500 for a few minutes before i get em, hense the benchmark runs. Could it be that I'm just unlucky with my card and its not a decent overclocker ? Its a evga standard 280 (not pre-clocked).
Can't update the list while at work unfortunatley! Can't see the screenies as imageshack etc is blocked from work. Will update from home tonight!
