That's strange. Ubisofts own site still says December 4th for US, plus the multiple people complaining on their forums tend to echo that.

Had the game minimised and thought it had started raining outside as my PC is right in front of a big window with the blinds drawn. It was the game lol. Lightning storm on a tropical island took me by surprise (d'oh), some great attention to detail went into it with the roads becoming wet and water turning from idylic green/blue to murky grey and choppier.
I think it's fair to say i'm loving this game so far. I'm on Steam voice chat with a mate that's playing it too and both of us keep coming across things that we just hadn't expected from the game.

I'm just going off the facts presented to me.
As far as I can see on Ubisoft's own website, and every other website I have visited the US release date is December 4th. Maybe I am wrong, but who do you expect me to believe? The game developers, or a randomer on a forum?
Just so you know when you pirate/crack the Ubi games they still run through Ubiplay. I did so with AC3 whilst waiting for my pre-order. Showing me a ubiplay screenshot proves nothing.

Arknor was stating the reason he is playing is because he is in the US currently. However I swiftly pointed out that the US release date is December 4th.
What you have just showed me is a receipt for the German version CD Key. The European release was today, so this is completely irrelevant.
Anyway, not sure why I'm arguing about this. No more responses from me on the matter.

I've read a few forum posts on the Ubi site today with yanks complaining about having to wait until the 4th so it's the assumption i made.
The crack for this bypasses Uplay though, i'm using it just now instead of waiting till midnight and uPlay doesnt even start up.
