but i have absolutely no idea what i do or where i go to download the game?

I got it from gmg too and at the end of the transaction it says the code will be made available it time for release (apparently thursday night at 12 so nonpreload?)

Requires uplay too

buy from GG then ? only difference is you'll have to download game from Ubi rather than Steam

but even if you bought on Steam (whenver it is out) - you will have to use the UBI client I think for the DRM?

Quick one hour shot last night and I wasn't impressed. Yes the graphics are gorgeous (jungle like just like the original FC) but I'm not sure about the going and skinning creatures and collecting herbs bit - wtf! lol

I didn't like the open world aspect of FC2 - too much travelling, to find checkpoints just respawned enemies etc, theres a quick travel feature in this but theres still an element of travelling around in jeeps and stuff which I'm not sure about....
