Farming Simulator 25

May:

Start Money £1,570,211

Ok, my grain mill isn't making anywhere near enough flour to keep up both bread and cake production running at the same time. So I have paused bread production for a while, I might stagger this, so when I start building up excess flour run bread and then pause it again. Cake is far more valuable so need to prioritise this. This will obviously get worse if I upgrade the Bakery to level 2. Otherwise all resources for making cake is being maintained.

I have about 25 Pallets of eggs excess, so will keep an eye on that.

Dailies done - Wow, 104k litres of manure

Seems I have 25 new baby cows. I knew at some point this would happen and despite I haven't really planned for cow management. Young cows don't produce milk so the idea is you have them on pastures until they mature, otherwise they just eat your food. For the time being I have moved them off to another barn I have that doesn't produce anything.

Also, a concern here, as you can see below, my 200 cows still only made just over 12k litres of milk, you would expect that to be higher. And googling it seems a healthy cow should produce 150 litres of milk per cow, per month, or 200 cows should produce 30k per month. This clearly isn't right.

Now here in the thing, this map is a modded map, and as nice as it is, some funky things happen. The modders have changed a some of the base game parameters for this map (one example is you can only mow grass twice per year instead of base game four times) the other thing is the map mod got updated a while ago and it broke some stuff. So I would suspect this is some kind of bug as I don't think...….I'm doing anything wrong. I'll keep an eye on it, but manure and slurry production, straw and food consumption certainly went up as expected. Weird....

As lovely as this map is I would recommend if you are going to start out in FS25 not to use this map.

And I remembered to spray the Soy.

No real sales or expenses this month.

End money £1,604,206
