Got an SSD ariving for my OS, but want a decent setup for apps/games etc (have a nas for storage). I want a decent capacity (say 320GB minimum) but don't want to spend much more than £50-£60. Is there a decent fast drive around this price? I may well add a second in RAID0 later but cant afford it right away.

these look interesting:

But can you run one on it's own until I can afford a second? Are they much faster than the standard drives?

Advice apreciated :D

tbh you may as well just get the ordinary 320 and save yourself some money. Or get larger - can get single-platter 500GB 7200.12, should be faster. Or a 640gb F1, or WD black of some description.
