As title, which is the fastest CPU for this mobo?

Is there any difficulty in installing the fastest CPU? (i.e. will it need patching or tweaking in any way?)

Is there a specific guide to start overclocking a CPU with this mobo? I.e. a walk through of the options available on the BIOS as I have no idea what half of them mean of in fact where the heck to start as I would like to get more out of my system.
