Fastest flash drive?

How much are these super-fast sticks?

Im after one for ReadyBoost and other things so I guess 4/8Gb is perfect.

Have I missed the boat since the 4/8Gb Corsair Voyager GT has disappeared or are there faster ones out now?

Which ones are SLC or MLC?
