Fastest SATA drive

Anybody any idea who does the fastest SATA drive at the moment? I will probably be buying a 600GB.

Well the fastest SATA drive would be solid state. But if your after a HDD, a drive with 10000rpm, Good cache etc.

Not sure if you will find one with 600GB capacity mind.
