Fastest Sata HDD?

What's the fastest Sata HDD (excluding the Raptors, too expensive for the storage) out there at the moment, not too fussed about the size, it'll only be used for Windows and Apps. Got other hard drives for storage, games, music, video etc.
 
Samsung F1s are king atm, but currently only available in 750Gb and 1Tb flavours, will have to wait for smaller capacities.
 
The Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB - (ST3250410AS) is fast, this is the new 250GB single platter version....had 2 of these in RAID0 a couple of weeks ago, and although not as "snappy" as 16MB cache Raptors, they certainly are great value for the money...HDTach was giving an Average read of 85MB/s (for a single HDD, almost double that for a RAID0 set up), Post #507....:)

That's really good, think I'll go for one of them.
