Fastest USB 3.0 flash drive

What is the fastest USB 3 flash drive?

Reason being i want 3

1 for my Windows OS (replaces the disk and makes installer faster and easyer)

2 for a HDD image clone of mine and the missies systems, make reinstalling faster and easyer as no drivers and masses updates.

Reason for the fastes the currents ones i got from NT are rubbish

Thats petty big!!! Only need 8GB and 16GB. maybe 32GB

The 16GB and 32GB version of that drives gives the same performance.
