Fastest USB 3 sticks?

I bought a Patriot USB 3 stick a year or so back and the speeds are rubbish 5-7mb/s. I need something quicker, any suggestions?

Stupid question, but you are using it in a USB3.0 port that's either mobo i/o or plugged into a 3.0 header right?

Yes, it's just the patriot stick I did a search and everyone with the same model reported its speeds were crap.

I have a Sandisk Extreme, very fast indeed.

Lexar JumpDrive P10 is fast read and write but can't say how it compares to SanDisk Extreme in real world tests. They do sell cheaper versions of jump drive but P10 is their fastest.
