Fastest USB flash drive

Hello,

I have quite a few USB sticks which are good capacity but I am always disappointed in the speed they run at, especially write speed. I don't want to spend mega money but I am willing to pay a premium to get a good one. Depending on price looking at 16-64GB ones.

Is there a generally accepted "best" one or are the high-end ones all much of a muchness?

I was looking at the Sandisk Extreme range, is this a good pick? Thanks

Check out SanDisk if you want speed. They seem to be about the fastest I've seen.

I've got a 64gb Sandisk Extreme USB3.0 - it's rapid.

Does 252MB/s read and 198MB/s write.

Got the 32GB of this and it is rapid also!

I noticed much better transfer speeds using teracopy instead of windows explorer to move/copy files over network/usb. https://codesector.com/teracopy

Thanks for the advice, I've gone for a 64GB Sandisk one.

I'll also look into Teracopy. Is it faster than Robocopy?
