Fastest way to run my hdd's

1 x WD 60gb ide (not sure model but back up drive)
1 x WD 80gb sata/150 8mb cache (i do have 2 but one runs super slow and is in shop getting tested so im not counting the second one)
2x WD 250gb SATA/300 16mb cache (new)

im not overly botherd about raid1 as i use the 60gb as my back up generaly
