Fat busting pills

Stop eating and take speed for a few weeks. That'll sort it.

Alternativley, protein shakes, caffeine and balanced evening meals (meat and veg) coupled with regular exercise.

Oh and cut the booze its almost certainly where the belly cam from.

hehe, that most certainly does work, a little. But as I've got at in this thread, and others, you really have to view burning energy as two separate issues. Intense exercise energy burning, lifting, playing footie, spanking the monkey, and the energy your body burns throughout the day.

Speed boosts your heartrate which is in essence what happens with exercise, where other drugs can help more with the other side, burning more at the other end of the scale. IE if a daily breakdown of your calorie expenditure was 2500 in rest, and 500 in exercise, do you want a 10% boost to the 500 calorie burn, or the 2500 calorie burn ;) THe problem is people focus on ephedrine because it makes you jittery and has an obvious effect, but its effect while obvious, is short term and fairly small. Its surprising how little extra you burn when cycling at top end of your heartrate for 30mins, compared to how much you would burn sitting for 30mins. The calorie burn compared to normal, compared to how you can see/feel during that exercise is weird.

Its something that , I don't know really, we need to find a way to measure metabolic rate so you can really see the changes you can make with certain drugs before you can prove you can boost your daily use.

But really you have to test for yourself until we have some better, larger more independant studies and hopefully some tests to measure thyroid output yourself so you can personally see what makes a difference to you.

I still wouldn't say to take them on their own and watch the weight melt off, but I certainly think they can speed up weight loss of someone already losing weight healthily. But the other problem is, if someone says it works, they expect to lose an extra 42lbs a month or it doesn't work. Epinepherine in a more standard dose in an ECA stack is only supposed to boost your daily energy usage by 10% of so. If you were losing 2lbs a week before, thats only 2.2lbs after, its still faster, but its not going to be so obvious that you can't believe you never took them before. People expect miracles, when they shouldn't. You can pretty much guarentee that most things that say "10x the normal fatloss" on the front are BS.

Also, caffeine is the best supplement, not least because I got tottally addicted to it and get silly headaches when I come off it :p GOt addicted to it just drinking diet coke/tea over the years, i've cut down intake from those almost completely as I rarely drink bad drinks anymore, but I either go through a incredibly painful week of withdrawal headaches, or supplement it, and seeing as I want to use it anyway thats the way I go. One day I'll have to ween myself off the stuff.

Ephedrine can have some nasty ass side effects. When I was on it I ended up nicely cut; but there were some points where I was ridiculously paranoid, although in hindsight, using modafinil at the same time probably didn't help.

Caffeine causes memory problems if you use it long term, I'm not sure how serious the effects are, but coming off once in a while's probably a good idea - even though crashing does suck. Nonetheless, it's a good supp as it boosts the effects of ephedrine and other similar amphetamines and reduces doms. It also blocks DHT, but I still haven't worked out whether that's good or bad?
