FAT32 on a 120GB USB Drive

Basically, I've recently got one of those hard drive media players and have purchased a 120GB laptop drive. But as Windows only permits up to 32GB for FAT32 partitions (Here), I am unable to format this 120GB under "Disk Management" and I cannot use NTFS as this might render the device unusable.

So is there a way of doing this or any third party tools available which allows larger FAT32 partitions? I also don't wish to create 3-4 partitions (unless this is more efficient?).

Yes and I don't have a MAC. Also if I do format this as a large 120GB FAT32 and it's detected in Windows as a 38GB - it would seem a waste of my efforts anyway.

Edit: Managed to get it working with Partition Magic and it's now a successful 111GB FAT32 drive.
