D3dx9_37.dll issues are caused in one way or another by a single issue - a problem of some kind with Microsoft DirectX.

IT seems to just happen randomly, its happened twice now.
I dont know, i didnt look.

Try downloading the latest redist of DirectX and using it. That should overwrite the problem file with a newer version

yup reinstall direct x anmd it will sort it out
