People like fatal1ty have natural talent which you can't learn, IMO :) Most of us could practice full time and not get as good as the real pro players.

completely agree, i mentioned this is another thread the other day, but some people just dont have the brain for some FPS twitch games, even games like CSS. awareness and responsiveness is a must if you wanna be the best

however this (link below) came out 1st looks a lot more ergonomic and in has the good old logitech plasterd on it...(no complaints there) .....the whole point of this is that I realy dnt like him he probably is a nice guy and well done for getting money out of it im sure all of us do its just that he seems to be picking the crapiest of products to me.....

He seems to be a nice level-headed bloke, not the immature big headed prat i imagined he'd be. :p

Still all those graphic tweaks no wonder sometimes i get pasted in online games, i prefer to just play at the best settings i can. :(

idd, when you go on a server full of pubbers, theyre all so slow and take forever to shoot someone :p

i wanna play aim_Map with that fatality, should be pretty good fun :cool:

As it happens, he joined the (at the time) best team in the world, but left due to the dissatisfaction of being in a team compared to winning it on your own. Plus the money is better for single.

You don't need to tell me that the G5 is a good mouse, I own the G7 myself and love it. Just because the G5/7 are amazing doesnt mean the creative one is bad though does it...

Thanks for the link that was really intersting, maybe this is an insight as to what is going to come. Pro Gamers akin to football players? Im not so sure.
 
what to Thresh or whatever he was called (the one who won Carmacks Ferrari), no other pro gamer comes close to him imho

Sorry mate, that post makes no sense to me at all. I gather someone won a ferrari, but that's all.
 
Thresh was one of the first celebrity gamers and he was made famous cos of quake/quakeworld...

i think it was the first quakecon that he won john carmacks ferrari for winning the quake 1 tourny there. He was awesome in his time and came across as a really cool guy in real life.

I like fatality cos in the interviews he always comes across as down to earth and humble. he has a nice attitude.
