I decided to see if my hdd's were in good condition so ran HD Tune Pro for tests. Everything scanned fine except for this error:

At first I thought this may be due to me partitioning the hard drive to have one partition for music and the rest for OS (about 365GB).

I'm a noob with this kind of stuff so was hoping someone can shed some light on this and if it's time for me to replace this hdd as I don't want to lose any data.

Any help will be appreciated, thank you in advance.

The warning means that some bad sectors on the disk were detected. The concern is that if these have appeared recently then there could be many more about to. On the other hand, the bad sectors could have been there for ages and the disk could go for years without trouble. So I'd keep a close watch on the number of reallocated sectors and be on the lookout for the number increasing.

It sounds like you don't have a backup, which I'd suggest is your first priority. You could then run the manufacturer's diagnostics to test the disk out - if should also tell you if it can be RMA'd (if it's in warranty).
