Anyone else have this problem?
My Son's controller has stopped gripping the 3.5mm jack of his headset making it stop working. It still works but only when in a very specific position.
Very annoying especially after only just over a month of use (bought a few months prior though)
I'm guessing Sony will be useless with this?
