When i boot my pc up sometimes it will freeze on the logo screen and ill have to press the switch button to turn on or off again and repeat 1-3 times (even if i press it twice i have to wait and the pc will turn on by itself)

Today i connected my pc to the main telly but when i flicked the switch on the psu it made an electric bang with a spark, my psu is an xfx 850w silver

Sounds likely; I had a similar problem where i'd have to press the on switch multiple times for the PC to come on and whenever I would pull the mains cord from the PC it would make a sparking noise until just yesterday the PC wouldn't switch on at all.

Your best bet is to remove the parts of your PC one by one to see if it's any specific component that is causing short circuiting.

Start with just the Mobo + CPU connected to the PSU; see if they work and if they do gradually add components one by one. If it doesn't boot up with just those two working it's likely it's the PSU.

I really would not turn that on again! an electric bang with a spark is often known as a failure (And you risk more turning it on again) if you can RMA it , if you bought it from OCUK give them a call

Seasonic internals or or not, their £100 PSU's still suffer from the world famous "XFX Clicking Noise" despite saying it's been fixed ... I recently had to send a 850w XXX Pro back to OCUK. Was not happy at all

Do you know how many people buy those PSU's? Do you know how often we see people reporting a clicking noise?

Their return rates are incredibly low. XFX are probably the best you can buy at the moment apart from Seasonic branded.
