So..

I am making lunch for tomorrow in a bit and can't decide what to have in me sandwich. Whats your favorite sandwich. I'll pick the most delicious sandwich and make it for tomorrow so I can live the life you dreamed off for a few minutes.

Simples. I've already made mine for work tomorrow!

Ciabatta rolls, cream cheese, smoked salmon, twist of pepper and a squeeze of lemon.

I pretty much eat these every day I love them so much.

Sliced beef with finely chopped onion ,rock/sea salt and pepper

Or a simple ham and tomato with a little salad cream

For me there are 2 that win....

Cheese and Marmite on thick, fresh, quality, crusty white bread, with butter. Needs to be a good strong English Cheddar for me and NEVER grated, must be thick slices and a good layer of Marmite to complete.

Or a well made Cuban hits the spot.

Chicken with Stuffing and Mayonnaise is something I'm loving right now.

However any form of meat with a bit of kick to it or with a nice pickle/relish is good too
