I hope I'm not breaking any rules here, but I can continue the discussion via email if need be...

I'm hoping a friendly cousin in the US can buy me a 6th Gen 16GB iPod Nano (silver/graphite) and ship it to me in the UK? I will of course pay up front via Paypal and cover all expenses.

The reason for the US model is the no volume cap, unlike the EU models crippled at 100db. The volume cap severely limits enjoyment on high impedance IEMs and speakers. I know a few helpful people may suggest the usual increase in gain on tracks etc but it's not ideal. Why Gen 6 over Gen 7 you ask? I like the form factor better :)

So any cousins want to help a Brit?

Please email me if you dont mind helping out.

IMPOSTER!

lol - hello me! I was previously "G4ORCE" until a few days ago. No wonder I couldnt have my first choice of username. Youre probably why I cant have it on xbox live and psn :D highy original of us both!

All comments re: US retailer to UK, that would be the ideal but Im struggling. The rain forest site doesnt allow it on ipods. A little cautious about using package forwarders too.

Rather than starting a new thread, anyone know what the cheapest post forwarder is, bundlebox is expensive.
I'm sure someone posted a site before they used, was cheap for posting and you could declare your own value.

Have either of you actually tried what you're suggesting? 99.999% of US retailers refuse point blank to ship outside the UK, and those that do ship outside the US usually can't ship things like iPods internationally anyway.

I'm not suggesting anything.

I'd like to know some suggestions as well. There's a battery I want to get but it's only on US Amazon and they don't ship it to the UK.
