Favourite Desserts?

lemon tart

Never have it often but I always enjoy banoffee pie.

Failing that anything with soft meringue. Pavlova although I'm not a huge fan of fruit in desserts(chunks, not flavours).

A really good vanilla icecream with maple syrup is my 'treat in the week' quick-fix pudding.

A really nice crumble or fruit pie with custard is a weekend pudding.

Cheesecakes are the best.
If it involves fruit I prefer it cold.
Any 'heated' deserts must not involve fruit.

ASDA Extra Special Tarte au Citron.

Not had it in ages :(

I think all supermarkets have it in their premium food range though, its lovely.

You losers, why has no one mentioned panna cotta. It's always a great way of making a lady go weak at the knees, and then I'm always there to catch them. ;)

Hmm. Toss-up between:

Eton Mess
My grandmother's chocolate cake
Profiteroles

With syrup sponge, sticky toffee pudding, and Bakewell Tart running them very close indeed.

this thread needs some pics, so heres the banoffee pie i had a few weeks ago :D
